Our focus is to teach the game of volleyball in a fun way to youth players ages 6 - 13. The emphasis is on fundamental skill development with the help of modified rules and equipment. STARS teaching philosophy is to emphasize the components of Fun, Fair Play and Positive Attitude while the participant learns to play the game of volleyball. STARS Volleyball coaches are professionally trained in the approach and philosophy.

STARS FUNdamental Camps are designed for beginners or players with no competetive volleyball experience to learn to play and enjoy the game in a fun, no pressure environment. Players are divided in to two age groups, ages 6 - 9 and 10 - 13.
Every session includes skills training, balance and agility training plus conditioning. They will scrimmage each day as they acquire the skills necessary to play.
This camp is located at Glenmore Christian Academy (16520 - 24 St SW) from Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 24. Choose mornings from 9:00am - 12:00pm or afternoons from 1:00pm - 4:00pm each day.
Our coaches are all trained and experienced with our STARS skills program and our staff includes some college and university players.
The fee of $168 includes 12 hours on-court plus a STARS Volleyball tee-shirt, cinch bag and water bottle.

Ideal for players interested in playing two different sports in the same week. Ideal for the beginner or players with some experience in either or both sports. Stryker Sports is an advociate for multi-sport athletes. We encourage all of our players to try and play as many sports as possible, especially in these younger age brackets.
This camp is located at Glenmore Christian Academy (16520 - 24 St SW) and runs from Monday, July 20 - Friday, July 24 from 9:00am - 4:00pm with a one hour lunch break. You would be on court for three hours of basketball each day plus three hours of volleyball each day.
This camp will be coached by members of our coaching staff who have played and/or coached both sports at a highly competitive level. You will receive fundamental skills instruction, balance, speed and agility training plus some fun games and scrimmage time each session.
The camp is divided on separate courts by age with ages 6 - 9 on one court and ages 10 - 13 on the other court.
The registration fee includes SUNS & Stars apparel, tee-shirts, water bottle and a bag.
The fee is $348 all inclusive.

STARS Volleyball FUNdamental Skills Camp is for beginners or players with little or no competitive volleyball experience. This camp is ideal for children who want an introduction to volleyball or have already started and wish to continue their skills development in a fun and no pressure environment.
Our coaches have extensive experience working with these two age groups and provide a great atmosphere for learning. We provide a coach for every 8 - 10 players so the children receive care and instruction throughout the camp.
This camp is located at Rundle Academy (4330 - 16 St SW) from Tuesday, August 4 through Saturday, August 8.
Players are divided in to two ages groups, ages 6 - 9 and 10 - 13 split on separate courts.
Time: Mornings from 9:00am - 12:00pm each day.
Players receive 15 hours of on-court instruction, skills development, athletic skills training, contests, fun games with scrimmage time each day.
